This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is part of the Terms of Use which governs your use of our Websites (as defined below), and discloses the privacy practices for F&M (as defined below) and the Websites. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “F&M” shall mean and include F&M Holding, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, and its United States based parent entities, owners, divisions, subsidiaries, and all other entities and persons having any direct or indirect ownership affiliation or direct operating affiliation with any of the foregoing; the term “Websites” shall mean all websites registered to or operated by F&M which are directly linked to this Privacy Policy URL, including, without limitation, the francinecollections.com and francinecollection.com domains. 
 
1. TYPES OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED:
We may ask for, and you will have the option to provide the following relevant personally identifiable information when you choose to fill out and submit online forms: first and last name, home or other physical address, e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, social security number, credit card information and/or other personally identifying information (“Personally Identifiable Information”). We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We may also collect, or our third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain information that does not identify a specific individual such as: the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you came from prior to entering one of the Websites, which URL you next go to, what browser you are us¬ing, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your general geographic region and other similar information (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”).
 
2. SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to un-affiliated third parties without your permission. Such permission may have been granted by you you’re your submission of such Personally Identifiable Information to us. We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners, and other third parties. We and our ser¬vice partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our Websites and to deliver our products and or services to you or your designee(s). For example, and without limitation, we must release your credit card information to the card ¬issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on our Websites; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered; provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service; and release your address to a third party vendor to qualify the address and allow you to opt of our services. The use of your Personally Identifi¬able Information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners and is not subject to our control. Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Infor¬mation to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforce¬ment investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. You should also be aware that when Personally Identifi¬able Information is voluntarily disclosed in the discussion forums or other public areas on the Websites, that information, along with any other informa-tion disclosed in your communication, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such disclosed Personally Identifiable Information.

4. SECURITY
All credit card transactions and disclosures of Personally Identifiable Information are processed over a secure (encrypted) internet gateway. For example, when you provide any order information or Personally Identifiable Information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption tool that provides security while transmitting this information over the Internet.  We also use firewall technology, password controls, and other technological and procedural safeguards in maintaining the Websites. When a Website is secured in this fashion, the applicable page will have a secure socket layer.
 
5. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY AND PROTECTION ACT:
We do not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information from any person under the age of 13.
 
6. COOKIES:
When you use our Websites we may store cookies on your com¬puter in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Websites. A cookie is a small data text file, which a web site stores on your computer’s hard drive (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Our cookies store [randomly assigned user identification numbers, the country where you are located, and your first name to welcome you back to our Websites]. The cookies make your use of the Websites easier, make the sites run more smoothly, and help us to maintain secure Websites. Other advertisers may also place banner ads on our Websites in the same manner as above, but we will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to them.
 
7. THIRD PARTY AD SERVERS:
We, our partners and/or our advertisers may use third parties to serve or present ads that may appear on one or more pages of the Websites, including linked blogs, and to conduct research about the advertisements. The company that provides such services to us is TeleVisa Publishing + Digital (www.esmas.com) and its affiliate entities. Their activities are subject to their own privacy policies, they are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and you are advised to review their privacy policies. The NAI (Network Advertising Initiative) is a cooperative group of ad serving providers. The NAI has developed a set of privacy principles to which its members adhere. 8. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES:
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, (i) issuing an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by registered users, and or (ii) posting the revised Privacy Policy on this page. You acknowl¬edge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid e-mail address as a registered user, to review each of the Websites and this Privacy Policy periodically, and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Websites after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
